The monsters that have hurt her are the only ones to blame. They hurt my inner child, they taught her how to cry. Today I treat her with compassion, because I finally understand the little child inside me, is me, myself and I.<\/p>\n<p>I finally understand who is my inner child . I always thought I knew, someone there to haunt me, a child from my past.<\/p>\n<p>I never really liked her. I wanted her to die, but people always told me it\u2019s your LITTLE CHILD INSIDE.<\/p>\n<p>I blamed her for my unhappiness. I didn\u2019t treat her nice. I burned her in the shower and told her she must die. I told her she made bad choices that led to a hurtful life.<\/p>\n<p>But not so long ago I finally understood that little child inside me was actually good.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Caterina<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I no longer hate her, she suffered everyday.
